Food & Cultural Events

• Zoot gives bespoke cultural walking tours, train tours, and food tours of his beloved SoCal area. He is a registered historical scholar with California Humanities Council, former LA Cultural Affairs staff, and author of a history on North Orange County.

• Zoot produces gourmet wine dinners at his home, bespoke local cultural tours, arts events, business and TEDx conferences, and other cultural events to raise funds for local charities.

• Before the pandemic, Zoot produced a series of rooftop music concerts in Downtown LA.

• Past trips include Trains of the Southwest, Native American Friendship Tour of New Mexico with Pueblo Artists, Spain, Italy, Cuba, Vietnam, Sicily, Artist Exchange in Korea, Fukui Japan, Copper Canyon Mexico, Philippines, Paris & Chambord Christmas Market France, and our last trip to the Rotary International Conference in Australia in May/June 2023. A trip is being planned to Canada for 2025.

• Past local tours include Swallows Day in Capistrano, Fiesta Days in Santa Barbara, Oscar Hollywood tours, Summer Fun in Downtown LA, Steam Train to San Diego, Little Tokyo, Chinese New Year in Chinatown and many more.

• We will be going to Canada by Rocky Mountain Trains in June, 2025!
